1. Return Policy
At Al Nisa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.
Personal care items, undergarments, and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, send the item back to our return address.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
